Web-Server
Administration :
- Minimum 3 years of experience
in installation, Configuration,
Administration and maintenance
of Web Servers.
- Demonstrated oral, written communication,
and Analytical skills to interpret
technical information and communicate
to customer end users and company
teams with varying levels of
computer literacy. Present proposals
to management pertaining to review
of new web-server technology
or enhancing existing technology
environment.
- Experience in content and site
management features,
networking concepts involving
TCP/IP, NetBeui,
IPX, SPX protocols
- Thorough understanding and implementation
of SSL, Encryption, Digital certificates
- Should be conservant with the
latest web scripting languages
like JavaScript, JScript, VBScript,
Domino's LotusScript, Shell-Scripting
(Bourne and Korn Shells), Perl,
CGI, HTML, DHTML, and XML
- Have installation and
maintenance background
with the Apache Web Server,
Apache modules and Perl.
(Mod_Perl,
Jserv or Jrun and
SSL experience a plus.)
- Strong Unix/NT/2000 adinistration
skills
- All the above on either two or
more of the following Web Servers
